working with us

How can I get in contact with you?

Submit an inquiry from our contact page or give us a call directly at 404-383-2157 to setup a free consultation.

What should I expect during my first meeting with you?

Every accident and injury is unique, and we know our clients are all unique as well. So, after you first contact us, we will reach out to schedule a consultation within 24 hours. During your free consultation, we will take the time to develop a personalized strategy that will get you the care you need and the compensation you deserve. We will dedicate as much time as needed to answer your questions regarding the legal process and the potential merits of your legal claim.

How much interaction will I have with the attorney handling my case?

We believe that people who are injured need the personal attention of an attorney, not just a case manager or a paralegal. One of the most frequent complaints that clients have is that their lawyers do not return their calls. Many competitor attorneys significantly limit their clients’ access and route communications through staff. Our staff are wonderful and equally dedicated to the success of your case. However, we do not have our staff handle all client communications. Ashley Mitchell strives to respond to all client questions, e-mails, and calls within 24 hours. You will always have one-on-one access and personal consultations with your attorney at Mitchell Law.

Do you handle cases outside of child injury, daycare, personal injury, and wrongful death?

We handle cases outside of our focus areas on a case-by-case basis. If we’re not the right fit, we have a robust referral network and we’d be happy to refer to you to someone we trust for your case.

pricing & Fees

What are your fees?

You should pay a personal injury attorney nothing until they win your case or obtain a settlement for you. Personal injury attorneys work on contingency fee agreement, which means they only get paid after they recover money for you. When you are a client at Mitchell Law, it means we believe your claim has merit, and we are willing to take on your case and pay all upfront costs in order to pursue it. Our firm only gets paid if you get compensated.

What if I can’t afford you?

Our fees are all contingency based. Please see the above question / answer. There is no upfront cost to you when reaching out about your case.
